Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Since our products are fulfilled through international suppliers, delivery times may occasionally extend beyond this estimate due to customs processing, carrier delays, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Zenvia Home is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Stolen Packages Zenvia Home is not liable for products lost or stolen in transit once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us at info@zenvia.space and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Zenvia Home is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@zenvia.space and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
